Staff Management and Scheduling: Training includes effectively coordinating HHA staff schedules, balancing client needs with aide availability, and managing time-off requests to ensure continuous coverage.
Quality Control and Supervision: Participants learn to ensure HHAs adhere to healthcare regulations and standards, conduct regular performance evaluations, and implement continuous improvement practices in caregiving.
Client Care Coordination: The course emphasizes overseeing client care plans, acting as a liaison between clients, their families, and HHAs, and resolving any issues related to client care.
