Specific Requirements Based on Citizenship Status

U.S. Citizens – Identification: Must provide one of the following for verification purposes:

  • U.S. Passport: A valid passport can serve as proof of U.S. citizenship.
  • Government-Issued ID: An ID card issued by the federal or state government.
  • Birth Certificate: An official birth certificate proving U.S. citizenship.

Non-U.S. Citizens – Legal Status Documentation: Must provide documentation verifying legal status in the U.S. Acceptable documents include:

  • Permanent Resident Card: For those who are permanent residents.
  • Work/Employment Authorization: Documentation that grants permission to work in the U.S.
  • Green Card: Proof of lawful permanent resident status in the U.S.
